X-Men: Days of Future Past Censored in India

Hugh Jackman's Naked Butt had to be Cut

Rather curious censorship in film, TV and video games can be found all over the world. A recent example comes from India where X-Men: Days of Future Past is in cinemas since last week.

Indian viewers only get a slightly censored version of the film that piles up the millions at the worldwide box office rapidly. A view of Hugh Jackman's naked butt was a cause for concern and had to be removed. Sure, it's not something that is relevant to the story but cut is cut. The Indian censor board (Censor Board Of Film Certification) has also confirmed it. This time, the American MPAA is more open to nudity than the ratings board of another country. What a nice side note.
