Jarhead 3 - The Siege with Extra Explosive Cut

DtV Sequel With Scott Adkins With 2 Versions?

Even though Jarhead with Jake Gyllenhaal wasn't a huge success at the box office, its name still seems to be big enough to warrant direct-to-video sequels that are set in the war context but other than that don't seem to have too much in common with the first film's message (or quality).

On the cover of the German release for Jarhead 3 - The Siege, we see the term "Extra Explosive Cut". When we look back at the 2nd film that had both an R-rated and Unrated version on the Blu-ray release (see comparison), it might not be too much of a stretch to expect something like that for the 3rd film, as well.

There is currently no release date for the US.
