Delta Force 2 - Blu-ray Release Ahead in 2015 Delta Force 2: Operation Stranglehold starring Chuck Norris will most likely celebrate its HD premiere this year. As the US studio Kino Lorber announced, they plan on giving the sequel its first-ever Blu-ray release at a yet unspecified date in 2015. Especially those film fans in the UK can look forward to it since the film has always been censored for the BBFC 18 rating. The breaking of a neck as well as a few knife scenes had already been removed in cinemas and on VHS, while the DVD only missed out on the neck scene. The US Blu-ray won't have any issues with that so it might be a viable option to circumvent the British cuts. Seems to be a safer bet than waiting until the BBFC waives them at some point in the future.
