Scavenger Killers gets Director's Cut in the US It's not always the big cinema productions that get more than one version when they hit the home video market. Sometimes, films that clearly belong to the direct-to-video area with its countless entries get that treatment, as well. Recently, we found Insight of Evil to be one of those and now it is joined by Scavenger Killers. The latter got its first release in July 2014 and will get a Director's Cut less than a year later. According to reviews, the thriller (starring Eric Roberts, among others) is a brutal variation of the Bonnie & Clyde theme and is said to deliver what gorehounds find interesting. Maybe even more so in the upcoming Director's Cut that (judging from the runtime info) will be approx. 2 minutes longer. We'll take a look at it when the time comes. On February 3rd, 2015, the new version gets released in the US. You can order it at Amazon.com.
