Gun Woman - BBFC Demands Cuts for 18 Rating

Japanese Exploitation Oversteps the Boundaries

The female protagonist of the quite crazy Japan splatter movie Gun Woman is naked almost the entire time and creates a bloodbath that is typical for its genre. But it won't be completely uncut. The BBFC demanded a cut with a duration of 5 seconds due to its guidelines:

Cut required to remove focus on a man's pleasure in the context of sexual violence. Cut made in line with BBFC Guidelines and policy, and the Video Recordings Act 1984.

In the UK, the film has a release date for December 29th, 2014.
