I Spit on Your Grave 2 - Additional R-Rated Cut On September 24th, 2013, the sequel I Spit on Your Grave 2 will hit DVD and Blu-ray in the US. The included version will be unrated, of course but that won't be the only cut of the film that people will get to see. The distributor submitted a censored version to the MPAA, as well, and received the "R" rating:
It's currently unknown which censorship measures were undertaken in order to achieve that rating but it's safe to say that the version will most likely be pretty useless. It is predominantly produced for US video stores and retail chains that don't carry unrated films in their catalogue. The dominant version of the thriller will be the unrated version, though.
