Houdini With Extended Cut on Blu-ray The History Channel expands its US program more and more. By now, it's also in the mix with big budget series and mini-series formats. One of those prestige projects is Houdini, a 2-part biography about the famous magician and escape artist. He is played by Oscar winner Adrien Brody. The Blu-ray will contain an Extended Cut of the film, although the changes seem to be of rather subtle nature since the Blu-ray runs only some minutes longer than the TV version. We'll check with a comparison whether that assumption holds true. The Blu-ray is out in the US on October 7th, 2014. You can order it at Amazon.com.
