Johnny Suede With New Cut We don't know if Johnny Suede with the young Brad Pitt was released on DVD somewhere, it probably is, but it's for sure that it is available on VHS at Amazon. Pitt is a household name for many years now, weird that it hasn't gotten a wider release in the meantime. The debut movie of director Tom DiCillo had only mediocre success in US cinemas and he was never happy with the theatrical version due to the off commentary that was forced upon the film by producer Harvey Weinstein. After it now finally got its release on Netflix, DiCillo had been given the chance to recut the film and he removed not only the off commentary but also 7 minutes of material that he didn't like. Since August 2014 on Netflix, maybe later on DVD and Blu-ray? We'll see.
