Comparison between the cut british VHS by Rank Home Video (BBFC 18) and the uncut british DVD by MGM/FOX (BBFC 18).
The successfull American Ninja series' second part was only released in a cut version in the UK at first. This was due to the fact that it was forbidden to show combat weapons (in this case throwing stars) at that time. By now the movie has been released completely uncut due to the fact that is policy is no longer in effect. A big thanks to Il Gobbo for providing the uncut edition!Cut version = 85:24 Min. DVD = 11 sec. VHS = 12 sec. 46:21 A ninja attacks Joe, who can fight him off grabbing him from behind and tearing his mask apart. One can see the ninja's torn face. Then Joe is running towards Alicia when suddenly another ninja shows up and throws a throwing star at him. Joe can duck in time and the throwing star gets stuck in the door. 13,7 sec.
