The Walking Dead - Season 4 With Extended Episodes Season 4 of the enormously successful TV series The Walking Dead heads to DVD and Blu-ray and comes with something special. In the US, the releases come out on August 26th, 2014, and the Blu-ray edition has a highlight that should make fans happy: Next to the regular TV episodes, some of them will be included in a prolonged version as a bonus.
The exact number of extended episodes is currently unclear but at least episodes 9 and 14 will get that treatment, as the BBFC database indicates. It will be interesting to see whether the extensions are merely plotwise or if the background here is real censorship. But we'll get on that once the time comes. You can order season 4 at Amazon.com.
