Muppets Most Wanted Gets Extended Cut on Blu-ray

Along With Theatrical Version and Another Cut

Granted, Muppets Most Wanted couldn't quite repeat the huge success of its predecessor and maybe that's the reason why Disney is so generous with the upcoming Blu-ray release. The film starring Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo and many more will have an Extended Cut on the HD medium.

This so-called "Unnecessarily Extended Edition" will contain 12 more minutes of footage and is accompanied by the theatrical version and a third bonus version that is called "Statler and Waldorf Cut". We'll have to take a look at what it is all about. On August 12th, 2014, the Blu-ray will hit the shelves in the US. You can order it at Amazon.com.
