Anchorman 2 Possibly Less Censored Outside the US There has been a lot of talk regarding Anchorman 2 and what trials and tribulations went on in terms of desired ratings, different versions and censorship measures (see here). Now that it has been released in several markets, it would normally be time to look forward to the upcoming home video releases and what they might add to the table. But with this film, it's a little different, because director Edgar Wright (Cornetto trilogy, soon Ant-Man) posted an interesting observation on Twitter. He saw the film in theaters both in the US and UK and noticed that the film's content was different. While it was rated PG-13 in the US, the British BBFC gave it the BBFC 15 classification and that seems to be due to the content:
