Antropophagus Remastered by 88 Films

New 2K Scan of the Original Negative in August

In August 2015, Antropophagus (1980) was released on Blu-ray by 88 Films. On 08/07/2017, they will release it one more time. The upcoming release is based on 2K scan of the original negative - screenshots of said release can be found here. Compared to the first edition, the bonus features differ as well. The upcoming release contains the following bonus features:

  • The Eastman Chronicles - 2017 Interview with Luigi Montefiori (aka George Eastman)
  • Featurette with Film Historian Alessio di Rocco
  • Deleted Scene
  • Italian Opening and End Credits
  • Original Theatrical Trailer
