American Ninja 4: The Annihilation

Comparison:

  • BBFC 18 VHS
  • Uncut
Release: Dec 04, 2009 - Author: magiccop - Translator: Mr Miau - external link: IMDB
Comparison between the cut british VHS by MGM/UA (BBFC 18) and the uncut German boot leg DVD.

In the fourth part David Bradley is supported by the original "American Ninja" Joe Armstrong aka Michael Dudikoff. Unfortunately, Steve James, who played the role of the bragging and brawny Curtis Jackson in the preceding movies, isn't in the film. The storyline is pretty weak, too, and the colored ninjas seem pretty pathetic.
The movie was released cut in the UK because the display of combat weapons was forbidden there at that time. Because of that some scenes involving throwing stars and nunchakus were cut alongside a "double ear clap".

A big thanks to Il Gobbo who supplied us with the uncut version.Cut version = 94:32 min.
Uncut version = 95:11 min.
