Hellboy - Reboot About to Come

Reboot Supposed to Be Rated R

For years, there were rumors regarding another sequel of Guillermo del Toro's Hellboy. But since the second installments is already 9 years old and Hollywood is usually pretty fast when it comes to sequels of a successful franchise, it has become more and more unlikely the more time went by. At the beginning of the year, Guillermo del Toro himself explained the project was dead.

Mike Mignola, creator of Hellboy, has now announced that there would be another movie in a few years. Not a sequel but a R-rated reboot directed by Neil Marshall. David Harbour is supposed to be the new Hellboy. The working title is Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen.
