While the first two House parts did not have censorship problems, that changed when House III aka The Horror Show was released in 1989. Starring Lance Henriksen, it was censored for the R rating (see comparison) in the US while it was completely uncut in the UK with the BBFC 18 certificate. House IV: The Repossession then was censored in the UK for the BBFC 15 rating (see comparison).

In the US, Arrow Video will release the first two movies in HD while the UK gets all four films on Blu-ray. Here, the street date is set for March 20th, 2017. And there's another kicker: while Scream Factory will only release The Horror Show in its "R"-rated version in the US, Arrow will bring the Unrated Cut to the UK.
