After Chandler calms Monica down, there is a further scene with Rachel at the airport. She is still out of luck.
In addition to that, the subsequent exterior shot differs.

Rachel: "Hi, I'm back. Listen, I need to..."
Employee: "Hello."
Rachel: "Hello. I need to get on the 11 o'clock flight."
Employee: "Oh, I'm afraid that plane has already pulled away from the gate."
Rachel: "Okay, you know what? You're going to have to call that plane and tell them to swing around and come and pick me up."
Employee: "I can't do that."
Rachel: "Sure, you know what? Come on, we'll just tell them that there was like a problem with like the engine."
Employee: "I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to step aside, Miss."
Rachel: "Look, If I don't get to London!! He is going to marry that other girl!"
Employee: "I can't imagine why."
Rachel: "All right, you know what? I am not leaving here, until you call that plane back!!"
The employee then puts the "Closed" sign on the counter.

TV Version (Blu-ray)Extended Version

11:16-11:18 bzw 11:55-12:35

The TV Version contains a black screen due to a commercial between two shots of Monica and Chandler in bed (no screenshots).

In the Extended Version, the first of those shots is insignificantly longer - followed by the scene with Rachel on the plane. This scene is also in the TV Version but not until after Chandler's unpleasant conversation with Monica which contains two alterations:
Alternate
11:55-11:57

Alternate shots of the plane.

no difference

Alternate
12:16-12:23

As for the bold-marked part of the comment "(So that I could that a sedative...) or perhaps slip you one.": The shot is identically equal in the TV Version. However, the previous shot starts earlier in the Extended Version. In addition to that, Rachel apologizes at the very beginning of the shot exclusively in the Extended Version: "I'm sorry. I'm very sorry."

Extended Version 6 sec longer

Joey stops her and gets out some piece of paper: "Hold on. Hold on. Rachel coming. Do...Something."

13:26 bzw 13:53-14:45

After the phone coversation, the Extended Version contains a further scene with Rachel on the plane. Once again, the scene is a little later in the TV Version - and also a little shorter:

Alternate
14:37-14:39

Rachel defends herself: "Well, he doesn't really love her. I mean, it's just a rebound thing from me.... You'll see!"
The guy next to her says "Fortunately, I won't." and puts on his headphones. The TV Version DOES contain that as well, except the angle is different.

Extended Version 11.2 sec longer

Subsequent to the exterior shot of the hotel, the scene inside the hotel starts earlier. Refering to the previous alteration, Joey is screwing around. Then he repeats "Do something..... Something...." in his head.

When Phoebe calls Mrs. Waltham, the TV Version sticks to the very same shot a little longer.

The Extended Version shows Phoebe earlier, the result is some additional dialog: "(Hi. It's Phoebe again.)"
Mrs. Waltham: "Why?!"
Phoebe: "Yeah.
(Can I please...)"

Extended Version 3.5 sec longer

TV Version (Blu-ray)Extended Version

19:14

Mrs. Waltham leaves him alone and Joey keeps talking on the phone: "I'm about to pass the bridesmaid I hooked up with last night."
Then to the woman: "Hey!" - and now to Phoebe on the phone again: "I told her Hey."

Alternate
21:33-21:35

The end credits differ.

There is a slightly longer black screen in the TV Version, followed by several shots of London with the instrumental version of the theme song playing in the background.

The Extended Version some of those shots as well, except they are much shorter. Furthermore, the theme song here contains the lyrics plus there are a few shots of the guest stars. Last but not least, a few outtakes via split screen - dialogs included.

Extended Version 60 sec (= 1:00 min) longer
