Hannibal - US Release With Unrated Episodes On September 24th, 2013, the US get the first season of Hannibal on DVD and Blu-ray. The series features some drastic violence for network standards but still, it seems that not all episodes were aired entirely uncensored. That can be concluded when looking at the final press release by Lionsgate which mentions not only the omitted 4th episode but also some unrated ones.
Unfortunately, it's currently unknown how many episodes will be prolonged and whether that will also be the case in foreign countries. We may need a hint by users outside of the US once we produced the comparisons. If you want to make sure, you can order the season at Amazon.com.
