Fear the Forest With an Unrated Version in the US If you take a look at the cover of Fear the Forest, you'll quickly discover the unrated sticker that is often gladly used by distributors in order to boost the interest of genre fans for their low budget horror productions. Furthermore, when you look at the cast, you probably notice the name of Anna Kendrick. Some might assume that the actress from Up in the Air had some time to spare and joined this flick but a quick check reveals that this isn't the same person. But maybe not everyone makes that effort. Here, the unrated brandword is probably just make up since the MPAA's database doesn't list a rated counterpart. Still, that doesn't say anything about the film's quality and if you're willing to find out, you can do so when it gets its US retail release on August 20th, 2013. You can order it at Amazon.com.
