Iron Man 3 Without Alcoholism Subplot We already reported that China gets a little extra Iron Man 3 and now, some interesting info surfaces that affects the rest of the world, as well. In the early stages of the Iron Man 3 production, it was mentioned that the Demon In A Bottle storyline of the 70s comic series could play a vital part in the third film. Generally, this is a story that fans value. It shows Tony Stark battling alcoholism. And even if such a problem was hinted at in the previous movies, it will not pursued any further in the third installment. Tony Stark will not be displayed as an alcoholic because Disney made it clear to director Shane Black that they wouldn't like that:
Iron Man 3 starts in US cinemas on May 3rd, 2013, the UK gets lucky and starts April 25th, 2013.
