Germ is Released as an Unrated Version in the US Well, why not. Space trash falls to Earth and contaminates a small village with a virus that lets the inhabitants develop cannibalistic mannerisms. This innovative concept can be found in the film Germ, which is - who would have thought - a low-budget horror movie. And because it is quite different to stand out in all the masses of direct-to-video horror fare, it's always a good idea to make use of the "Unrated" sticker that suggests that there might be gory effects that satisfy the target group. If that is indeed the case can be found out on May 14th, 2013, when Germ will be released in the US.
