Baise-Moi Without Cuts for the First Time in UK

BBFC Waives Previous Censorship

The French scandal film Baise-Moi was made in 2000 and had to be censored in order to get a rating in the UK. Sex and violence are often a red flag when they are combined, even for an "18" classification. But the BBFC adjusts its guidelines on a regular basis and that is why films get a new rating or are later uncut while having the same classification.

The same can be applied to Baise-Moi. It is still rated "18" but will be uncensored in the future. Arrow Video releases the new DVD on March 25th, 2013.
