Jaws 2-4 Get Blu-ray Premiere in the US The 3 sequels to Steven Spielberg's Jaws (1975) were not yet blessed with the HD treatment. Some years ago, it looked like that would happen but it got postponed. But the wait is over now as the HD premiere will happen in the US on June 14th, 2016. A special treat comes with the release of Jaws 3, which was shown in 3D in cinemas. The Blu-ray will include this version, as well, and as the back cover states, it will be a Real 3D version. And a little surprise might be waiting regarding Jaws 4. The cover shows a runtime of 91 minutes. Since the film exists in its theatrical version, a US DVD version (see comparison) and a TV version (see comparison), it seems like the US DVD version will be on board of the Blu-ray.
