When June tells Chief Vaughn what happened 5 years ago, only the TV Version contains a close-up of the power pole at the beginning of the scene. On Blu-ray, the subsequent shot of Ariel Peterson starts earlier instead. Other than that, several shots are slightly longer on Blu-ray. June's statement is exactly the same though.

Screenshots only show the alternate footage at the beginning.

A transition to June, who speaks a little longer on Blu-ray, follows.
June: "Ask any paramedic, when you come across a kid who's been drinking but who can still make it home, you… you turn a blind eye. Trent never imagined that…"

Heather Peterson's street speech is longer.

The bold-marked dialog is missing in the TV Version.

Sarah intervenes: "OK, Heather. You need to stop, OK?"
But Heather does not give the back of a rat: "Brenda Merritt, like Sisyphus! She just keeps rolling that rock. Up the hill, into the water. Trent McBride, that snake! If there is a God, I pray you let that snake devour ist own tail and then start all over again! Until the end of time! Why? Why did you have to leave Ariel behind? It would have taken… five minutes. Five minutes. All you had to do… stop and pick up my baby. And then bring her home to me. You would be here with me instead. Oh, my God!"

The bold-marked dialog is missing in the TV Version.

Extended Scene TV Version

When Sarah and Alison figure out that June was with Trent the night Ariel disappeared, the versions continue differently again.

Sarah: "She was. That means she's next."
Sarah's comment is completely on-screen in the TV Version. A first shot of the ambulance follows. On Blu-ray, the second half of her comment ("That means she's next.") is off-screen because one already gets to see June in the ambulance.

Blu-ray: "No, you're not. You're too close to this. I need the keys to your house. Gimme the keys to your house, Cam."

Also, alternate footage is being used. In the TV Version, Chief Vaughn's comment is completely on-screen while the Blu-ray already cuts to Cam when Chief Vaughn is asking for the house keys. Due to Chief Vaughn's altered/longer comment, the scene is a little longer on Blu-ray.

Sarah: "You're so loyal, Cam, you know? It's one of the things I love most about you but this keeps happening over and over."
Cam: "That's Chief Vaughn, OK? He's just overwhelmed."
Sarah: "He's incompetent… and dangerous."

From this point on, the TV Version is back on board. Except, Cam's comment slightly differs.

TV Version: "June's not home. If she was home, they would have called me by now."
Blu-ray: "June wasn't home. If she was home, they would have called by now."
Also, alternate footage is being used. While the TV Version contains a shot of Sarah and Cam in profile, the Blu-ray shows Sarah from behind and Cam from the front.

2.44 sec

Extended Scene / Alternate Footage
37:23 / 45:31
