Sarah and Dylan take a look around the house.
Dylan: "Babe, there's a lot of rooms. Which one do we choose?"
Sarah: "I guess whichever one feels right."
Sarah goes in a room, takes a look around and says: "This one."
Dylan: "Yeah?"
Sarah confirms this one more time, then they kiss and have sex.

When they are done, they are just lying there, having a chat.
Dylan: "Mmm…"
Sarah: "You promised work you'd swing by."
Dylan: "I'll make up a good excuse. We have squatters in our basement. Mennonites stole our furniture."
Sarah: "No, you can't call in sick on your first day."
Dylan: "Technically, tomrrow is my first day."
Sarah: "I wanted to explore the town."
Dylan: "Yeah?"
Sarah: "Maybe drop in and say hi to Cam."
Dylan: "OK. You can take the car."
Sarah: "How are you gonna get to work?"
Dylan: "I'll bike. You hear that? I can bike to work. It's amazing."
Sarah: "It was the right decision coming here."
Dylan: "Yeah, we did good."
Sarah: "Yeah, we did."

The following shots are also a little shorter in the TV Version. Also, the conversation with Cam is longer on Blu-ray.
Cam: "Mrs. Peterson. Mrs. Peterson, are you OK?"
Heather turns around to him: "What?"
Cam: "Hi."
Heather: "Have you seen here?"
Cam: "Who's that now?"
Heather: "Ariel. Do you know she wants to be a vet when she grows up? She just loved animals ever since she was a little kid. She always has.
Cam: Yeah."

Heather: "Have you seen her? My daughter? Where is she?"

When Cam attempts to put a blanket over her shoulders which makes Heather go nuts, the versions are back in sync.
Except for the missing dialog, the alterations are completely irrelevant because both the actual content and dialogs are the same. One would not even notice the difference when watching it.

Additional Scene / Alternate Footage

Cam's conversation with Sarah starts earlier.
Cam: "So the house was OK? Everything’s in order?"
Sarah: "Oh, yeah. We need to hit like six furniture stores but…"
Cam: "Well, there's some of your parents' old stuff in the basement."
Sarah: "I'm thinking a lot of wicker and a microwave the size of a VW bug."
Cam: "That's probably accurate. (Hey, have you stopped by the gallery yet?")

The TV Version starts with Cam's "Hey, have you stopped by the gallery yet?" and contains alternate footage (2.44 sec).

Robin: "Ah!"
Robin and Justin at the same time: "Verna McBride."
Robin: "I hate her."
Cam: "Some tenants have had issues with her in the past."
Sarah: "Issues? Great."
Cam: "She's just a lonely old lady. She's completely harmless. Ah…
anyway, I should get outta here."

The bold-marked dialog is missing in the TV Version.

Two missing exterior shots.

Then Dylan at work. His new boss Alison Sutherland shows him around.
Alison: "Over here is our ad sales department. And when I say 'department', what I really mean is a woman who works part-time named Eileen."
Dylan: "Copy that."
Alison: "You must be thinking 'Jesus, she wasn't joking. This paper really is that small.'."
Dylan: "Listen, I was freelancer, now I'm editor-in-chief, I'm not complaining."
Alison: "Good. I'll admit… uh… part of me was worried."
Dylan: "What about?"
Alison: "That you'd look down your nose at us."
Dylan: "Alison, you kidding me? You started your own newspaper from the ground up. This is… uh… it's very impressive."
Alison laughs: "Yeah. Yeah, I did."

Alison continues: "That's pretty much it. Unless there's anything you wanna ask me."
Dylan spots the newspaper on the table. Sarah made the front page.
Dylan: "Yeah, I think I have one question. Is my wife typically front page news?"
Alison smiles at him, she does not say a single word though.
Dylan: "The murders are big around here, I get it, but it happened almost 30 years ago."
Alison: "Mmhh… A husband and wife were slaughtered in their own house. The wife is 9 months pregnant and the baby is cut from the womb. Now that same baby, all grown up, is back in her old house. I don't know what they taught you in J-school but that… is a story. Murders happen every day but not here, never like those."
Dylan: "So what else happens around here?"
Alison: "Town fairs, ice fishing in the winter. Fender bender if we're lucky. A day or two from now, things will go back to normal. They always do."
Dylan: "Right. Normal."

12:25 / 17:20

Now two exterior shots and Dylan at work in the TV Version (please see 11:23 / 14:45). Contrary to the Blu-ray, the scene is a little shorter in the TV Version.
Alison lacht: "Yeah. Yeah, I did."
Dann fährt Alison fort: "That's pretty much it. Unless there's anything you wanna ask me."
Dylan entdeckt die Zeitung auf dem Tisch mit Sarah auf dem Titelblatt: "Yeah, I think I have one question. Is my wife typically front page news?"
Alison grinst ihn an, sagt aber nichts.

Normal."

The bold-marked dialog is missing in the TV Version.

Also, Dylan here says "Right." as response to Alison's last comment ("I don't know what they taught you in J-school but that… is a story.") while he is still standing in front of her whereas on Blu-ray, he is already sitting down and his comment ("Right. Norma.")refers to the other "big" events Alison mentioned ("Town fairs, ice fishing in the winter. Fender bender if we're lucky."). Since the footage is basically identical (please see screenshots at 11:23 / 14:45), the only screenshot her illustrates Dylan's final "Right." in the TV Version. Compared to the Blu-ray, this scene is 24.24 sec shorter in the TV Version.

TV Version 70.2 sec longer

Additional Scene / Alternate Footage
13:35 / 17:20

The TV Version only contains a small exterior shot of the house which is missing on Blu-ray (2.24 sec).

The Blu-ray however contains a rather long conversation between Dylan and Sarah while Sarah attempts to set up the TV.
Dylan: "Alison really wants to meet you. She's very exited so I told her we'll do dinner."
Sarah: "Yeah, is this the same Alison that put my picture all over the front page of The Bulletin?"
Dylan: "Mmh."
Sarah: "You go. I'm gonna hang with the fun party-throwing gays I met today. OK. Is this right?"
Dylan: "No."
Sarah: "Well, you do it then! I mean…"
Dylan: "That's not gonna help. See, and I didn't wanna be a mansplaining chauvinist pig…"
Sarah: "No, go crazy. Mansplain away. Yeah."
Dylan: "You leave me no choice. OK. See? Here's your problem, young lady. You put the HDMI cord in the wrong place. It goes here. And when we get a gaming system, we're gonna need to get a second HDMI cord and you're gonna have to change the input from HDMI1 to HDMI2 every time…"
But Sarah is more interested in her "lovely" neighbor.
Dylan: "Babe, who cares about her? She's a crazy old bitch."
Sarah: "No, no, no. She hates me, OK? I can feel it."
Dylan: "Mrs. McBride is a big bully and a big perv. Probably hasn't been laid since VCRs were invented. And if she doesn't like us, who gives a shit?"
Sarah: "Well, I do. Obviously. It's just… she's yet another person who knew my parents who, you know, felt that she was the spawn of Satan, you know? Which makes me the spawn of the spawn of Satan!"
Dylan (whispers): "Just forget about it."
Sarah: "Yeah."
Dylan: "OK."
Sarah: "Do you think there's anything on The Bulletin servers? Like file pictures or anything from that night that I haven't seen might shed some light on what actually happened?"
Dylan: "Let's find out."
Sarah smiles: "Yeah?"

Dann sehen wir erneut Sarah: "We're done here."

The bold-marked dialog is missing in the TV Version.

Moreover, just the Blu-ray cuts from Tom to Sarah when Tom says "Find out what was going on in your parents' lives 30 years ago.". The TV Version sticks to Tom the entire time (screenshots only from the Blu-ray Version).

0.68 sec

Additional Scene
23:58 / 30:37

The scene at Robin's and Justin's house is longer on Blu-ray. Even though both versions start with an exterior shot of the house (which by the way is 0.08 sec longer on Blu-ray) but the actual beginning of the conversation is exclusively on Blu-ray.
Robin: "No, trust me, I told him if he gets that car, he has to get me a pool."
Justin: "We have an entire lake. 50 feet from the backyard."
Robin: "Yeah, but it's cold and there's a lot of fish in it and I'm gentle."
The door bell rings.
(Corey: "I just don't get why you need a car with 600 horses.")

While the Blu-ray only contains laughter during the exterior shot of the house, Corey here already asks why Justin needed a car with 600 horses. From that point on, the versions are back in sync.

17.16 sec

Extended Scene
24:45 / 31:43

June longer.

1.36 sec

Extended Scene / Recut
24:49 / 31:48

Justin: "Well, she may not mean to be rude but…"
Corey: "That was pretty damn rude."
Robin: "I know. I think I'm in love."

The TV Version shows Junes taking a sip from her glass with Justin's and Corey's comments audible in the background. Then Robin. The Blu-ray shows Justin first, then Corey and finally Robin. Not until then, Junes takes a sip of wine. Since Justin and Corey already said what they had to say at that point, the shot of June does not contain any background dialog on Blu-ray.

(Sarah: "I used to lie awake at night imagining my parents were still alive. I came up with all these crazy scenarios.) Like they… they were spies dropped behind the iron curtain.
