In the Extended Version, Phoebe gives a further exampe for something so obvious that there is simpy no need to say it: "Or, y'know, Hey, Joey, you're gay."
Rachel: "What?!"
Phoebe now responds to Monica's previous comment: "Oh, please! She's always got a broom in her hand!"

The TV Version contains an alternate shot of Rachel instead. In addition to that, the subsequent shot of London is both alternate and shorter.

Extended Version 15.4 sec longer

In the Extended Version, introduces himself to someone instead: "How you doin'? Joey Tribbiani, America."
The guy looks pretty confused.

In the TV Version, Chandler is simply sitting on the bed when Joey opens the door.

In the Extended Version, Chandler is playing a game: He unsuccessfully tries to toss his shoes in the basket on the table.
Chandler: "Well, this is just as boring in England."
Moreover, Joey opens the door earlier plus the angle is a different one.

Extended Version 10.1 sec longer

Joey also asks in the video (subsequent to a first shot of him at the hotel): "So, I hear you're single now..."
But Fergie is not exactly a fan: "Yeah, ummm, I don't like the hat that much."

Earlier at the apartment, Phoebe says: "Ooh! I thought of a good flaw! Ross pops his gum!"
Rachel: "Oh, right! Wait a minute, I do that too."
Phoebe: "Yeah, I know. It drives me crazy."
The phone rings & she makes her comment earlier: "I'll get it."

Phoebe also says: "Of course they do! Or I'm just really hungry."

In addition to that, the TV Version contains an alternate shot when one can hear the pizza delivery guy knocking at the door.

Extended Version 4.7 sec longer

TV Version (Blu-ray)	Extended Version

When Rachel storms to the door, Phoebe says: "But what about all the "finding-his-flaws" stuff we've been doing?"
Rachel: "Yeah, that didn't work."

4.8 sec

21:35-22:10

The final shot at the apartment is longer in the TV Version. Fade to black, then the scene with Joey and Chandler on the bus tour while the end credits are rolling (with the usual theme song playing in the background while the Extended Version contains a different song).

What really interesting is that at the end, a guy pukes right in front of them. Chandler is disgusted and Joey films the entire thing with a smile on his face.
This part is missing in the Extended Version! But then again, the Extended Version exclusively contains footage of sights and also of Chandler getting the camera from Joey who fell asleep.
