X-Men: Apocalypse - Reshoots in January 2016 X-Men: Apocalypse is the grand final of the current trilogy and will start in US cinemas on May 26th, 2016. Director Bryan Singer promises a big spectacle and principal photoraphy wrapped in August 2015. However, some reshoots are scheduled for January 2016 which doesn't have to be a bad thing as this practice is common for big budget productions. The reshoots for X-Men: Apocalypse are rumored to have a special reason: Hugh Jackman aka Wolverine appears to have a part in the film after all. His participation was left in the dark previously and it wasn't clear whether it would happen. Maybe a teaser trailer gives us a glimpse of him when it hits the web.
