Terminator Genisys With PG-13 in Cinemas?
There's a lot of movies out there that have buzz about the expected rating before they are even completed and discussions are often heated. One of the ones where that buzz will probably turn out the loudest is the upcoming Terminator Genisys with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Emilia Clarke in leading roles. In an earlier stage with different producers attached to it, plans were communicated quite clearly that it should be released with an "R" rating. But now, Jai Courtney, who plays Kyle Reese in the new movie, hinted in a recent interview that this consideration might be outdated.
Naturally, such statements should be taken with a grain of salt and the following months will surely deliver other quotes of other people involved in the project but you can start to get nervous nonetheless.
Terminator Genisys starts in US cinemas on July 1st, 2015, while the sequels are scheduled for release in 2017 and 2018.
