Nymphomaniac 1+2 With Director's Cuts on Blu-ray

The US get the First Complete Versions of the Film

Lars von Trier's sex drama Nymphomaniac started in two parts in cinemas. But those parts were shortened significantly, adding up to 4 hours. Von Trier's director's cut of it all has a duration of 5.5 hours. The first original part had its premiere on the Berlinale festival in February 2014 while part 2 will premiere at the Toronto film festival this autumn.

While some countries already got the 4-hour version on Blu-ray, the much longer Director's Cuts will have their first home video release in the US. There, the 5.5-hour versions will start in retail on November 25th, 2014.
