Scary Movie 5 and the Poster Marketing Trick
It's the beginning of a new week and we'll start it with a nice, harmless story that could make more sensitive persons sense a censorship case while others just might yawn.
Either way, there's a news circulating in the WWW that the left of the two posters for Scary Movie 5 causes problems for distributor Dimension Studios because it is too obscene or scary. Was there a cinema that refused to display the poster? Oftentimes, just one complaining person is all it takes.
Now we have a toned-down poster and a little more promo for the film that already boasts with the box office magnets Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan. The differences in the posters are sometimes more, sometimes less obvious. Do our readers find them all?
