Fortunately, they left the karaoke subtitles for Jip's new national anthem alone - but then the scene ends abruptly before the climax. Everyone sings along.

39.1 sec

37:19 / 41:12-41:14

The follow-up shot of Jip is actually a moment longer.

1.5 sec

Re-ordered scene
42:37 / 46:45-47:37

Jip and Lulu rejoice a little longer over their ill-gotten admission. This is followed by a short scene with Felix, which was reinserted into the remixed version after the following dancing montage.

In addition, the song over the dancing montage seen between the remixed timecodes of the re-ordered scene was replaced.

Remixed version

Additional material in remixed version
43:46-43:59 + 44:04-44:12 + 44:27-44:38 / 47:37

Within the re-edited segment with Felix, the remixed version briefly switches several times to an additional scene in which one of the Jungle fans (director Justin Kerrigan as ‘Marlon’) chats to Lee.

+ 13.3 + 7.2 + 10.2 = + 30.7 sec

44:48 / 47:35-47:37

The last shot of Felix's conversation with the stoned guy was also a moment longer in the original version. Here, a girl comes up to him and he briefly opens his eyes.

1.8 sec

47:05 / 51:02-51:08

After the failed interview with Nina and Lulu, the reporter comments: “Bye. Fuckin' piss-takers.”

5.8 sec

Additional material in the remixed version
48:45-48:57 / 52:52

The remixed version has an additional shot from a little further away as Lee makes out. During this short scene, the song in the background was also replaced.

+ 12 sec

48:57 / 52:52-52:54

In contrast, the following close-up of the two begins a little earlier in the original version.

1.8 sec

Additional material in the remixed version
54:44-54:46 + 54:49-54:54 / 58:55

The remixed version briefly interrupts the slow-motion shots of Moff with a shot of Felix commenting, “Look at Moff!” Shortly afterwards, there are further comments from him and Trixie.

+ 2.4 sec + 4.2 sec = 6.6 sec

Alternative / Additional material in the remixed version
54:56-55:01 / 59:00-59:03

One last change to the two in the remixed version, but this time there is another shot of Moff in the original version.

Remixed version 2.3 sec longer

Remixed DVD4K Blu-ray

Alternative / Additional material in the remixed version
60:12-60:33 / 64:27-64:44

After the first “That's paranoia!” scene with the now rather battered drug user from the club, the original version shows the rap listener again, arguing (or rapping?) heatedly with another party guest. Our main characters turn around to look at the two of them. In the remixed version, this is replaced by a similarly structured scene with Felix and Trixie, the conversation becomes increasingly heated, and our main characters dance around them again. Finally, Jip shouts “Wanker!”

The brief discussion between Nina and Koop is followed by an additional scene outside, in which Jip smokes pensively. Then two copies of him appear on the right and left (the CGI looks rather cheaply with parts of his head cut off) and express various concerns he has. Specifically, they talk about his mother, who works as a prostitute. But the Jip on the right waves them off and says he has better things to do - he has Lulu. The real Jip in the middle agrees, says to the one on the left, “You need to chill the fuck out,” and goes inside.

This is followed by another scene in which Nina's brother has his hair done by a girl. They both enjoy themselves and he tells her to just close her eyes, think of a hairstyle, and start cutting.

+ 124 sec (= 2:04 min)

66:20 / 68:35-69:12

The conversation between Jip and Koop (while forming with the lines on the table again and again) is longer. Jip comes to a grand conclusion about the entire universe.

35.1 sec

Additional material in the remixed version
67:59-68:52 / 70:55

After Lulu and Nina's brief orgasmic high, the remixed version features a short scene in which the two suddenly appear with extremely white makeup and are sitting in heaven or on an “alien planet,” so to speak, while smoking a joint. They speak a fantasy language that is subtitled. At the end, Lulu hands the joint to Nina.

+ 52,7 sec

70:30 / 72:38-73:27

At the end of the line scene, Jip is seen chewing wildly for a little longer. Then the scene cuts back to Nina and Lulu, who are now quite stoned. Nina emphasizes that Lulu is her best friend and says that she could surely keep a secret. She then reveals that she could easily let out a “fanny fart.” Lulu is amused and doesn't want to see a demonstration, but says that she now likes Nina a little bit more.

The Remixed version fades out much earlier and then shows a montage of a few film scenes with pseudo-modern credits for the main characters. This is accompanied by Jip's concluding voice-over commentary about “mundane Monday” and the world in general.

In the original version, Jip and Lulu embrace for much longer. This is followed by another montage of a few film scenes in smaller frames, in which all kinds of characters embrace each other. Jip's commentary is the same.

Original version 5.4 seconds longer

Here, too, it is noticeable until the following credits how the wonderful soundtrack of the original version (“Come Together” by Primal Scream) has been replaced by a newer, less suitable piece of music.

Remixed Version

The credits differ up to the crew credits at 92:55 / 96:49, but in the remixed version you can see additional scenes on the left side of the screen. The rest of the credits are identical and appear on a black background in both versions. This is also somewhat strange, because it means that in the remixed version, Fatboy Slim's track is listed first in the soundtrack and everything else is mentioned according to the original version.
