Compared are the cut US Version and the uncut Extended Version (both available on the German DVD by Schöder Media).

There are 6 cuts with a total length of 114.48 seconds (~ 1:55 minutes).



When Mad Max 2 was released theatrically in 1981, nobody expected countless end of days actioner to be the consequence and one of those is the here compared Stryker. In the US, the movie has already been released on Blu-ray. The only problem is: Approx. 2 minutes of plot scenes are missing. Allegedly, the master was flawed. Be that as it may, at least the violence is uncut.


The Extended Version of the German DVD contains VHS inserts by the way which also explains the lousy quality of the screenshots.
