Our trio does not drive on immediately. Instead, they check out the situation (after a tracking shot of the weed plantation). All of a sudden, the owner surprises them. A little chase follows during which they pick up as much weed as possible. Eventually, the guys chasing them crash.

John: "How far are we?"
Samantha: "I'd say we're about an hour outside the city."
Ted: "Fantastic. So I'm one hour away from being a real person."
Someone with a shotgun approaches in a jeep: "Hey! Who the fuck are you? This is private property! Get the fuck out of the car!"
John: "Shit! Go, go, go!"
While going at full tilt across the plantation, he keeps apologizing: "Oh, God, I'm sorry! So sorry, pot!"
Suddenly, they lean out of the window and grab some of the valuable plants.
Samantha: "What are you doing?"
John: "Saving the day!
After a few more meters, John realizes: "There's the road! That way! Go! You gotta move! They're right on our ass!"
Samantha: "I'm moving!
Meanwhile, the driver of the jeep notices that the passenger (shooter) has an erection: "What the fuck, man!"
Beifahrer: "What?"
Fahrer: "Are you hard?"
Beifahrer: "Yeah! This shit makes me hard!"
Recently afterwards, they reach a crossroads and when the guys after them get there, they get hit by a truck.
John and Ted at the same time: "Whoa! Holy shit!"
Samantha: "Oh, my God! Are they okay?"
A huge explosion follows and Ted says: "They're fine. They look happy. They're waving at us. They're giving us the thumbs-up."

A little conversation about New Yorkers in the car.

Samantha: "I love New York.
John: "Yeah, there's no bullshit with these people."
Ted: "Yeah, you always know who you're dealing with in New York."
He leans out: "Hello, Jews!"
A huge number of people say hello back.

While the following shot of Ted from behind starts earlier in the Theatrical Version (no screenshots), he makes another experience at Comic Con in the Extended Version: he witnesses the guest appearance by David Hasselhoff and K.I.T.T. The latter turns out to be an emotional wreck.

Ted goes to the next room where a fan wants to know: "Yeah, I have a question for David Hasselhoff. Yes, sir. Did you find it difficult as an actor playing opposite a car?"
Hasselhoff: "You know, that is a very good question. As an actor, you rely on subtle facial changes and cues from your co-stars. You don't get that with a car. But after a while you get used to it. It becomes the norm."
Fan: "Thank you."
Ted grabs the mic: "Uh, yeah, excuse me. I have a question. Exactly how many beers did you have before you got naked with that hamburger?"
Hasselhoff: "You know, buddy, we all make mistakes. That was a long time ago and I'm a different guy now."
K.I.T.T. speaks up: "Can I just jump in here for a second? You're a real scumbag for asking that question."
Ted: "What? It's a fair question."
K.I.T.T.: "No, let me tell you something about this man..."
Hasselhoff tries to calm K.I.T.T. down: "K.I.T.T., it's all right. Just let it go."
K.I.T.T.: "No, I want him to hear this. Let me tell you something. After the show ended, I got nothing but shit work. I was playing snowplows, tractors. I was even cast as a lawn mower. That was a real low point. And this man sitting next to me, at this very low point in my life, wrote me a check..."
Hasselhoff: "Aw, come on, pal."
K.I.T.T.: "No, no, I want everyone to hear this! Because you are a good man, David Hasselhoff. You are a good man. You saved me with your generosity. You are the most... Oh, God. I'm s... I'm so sorry. I promised myself I wouldn't get emotional. I just love you, buddy. I just love you so much. I love you so much. Oh, God."
Hasselhoff gets sentimental as well after K.I.T.T. kind of cried through his windshield wipers: "I love you too, pal. I really do. I love you."
Ted keeps pressing Hasselhoff "So, like, 25 beers or what?"
K.I.T.T.: "You piece of shit! Get out of here!"
Ted: "Whoa, man! What the fuck!"
K.I.T.T.: "You are not fit to breathe the same air as this man!"
Hasselhoff: "K.I.T.T., he's not worth it!"
K.I.T.T.: "Get out of here!"
Ted: "What? He's a celebrity. His personal life is our business."
K.I.T.T.: "Get the fuck out, you piece of dog shit! I will run you down like roadkill!"
Ted: "I don't have to take this shit from a fucking Pontiac."
K.I.T.T. attacks: "Get out! Get the fuck out!"
Ted: "You're a psycho, dude. Seriously. You're a psycho. Get some therapy."
K.I.T.T.: "Get out!"
Ted at the door: "Crazy son of a bitch. Jesus Christ."
During these last words, one gets to see Donnie dressed up as a turtle approaching from behind.
