The concept of this film is similar to the prequel: sex & violence in former times in Rome. There must have been some trouble in the US because each hardcore scene is cut in the US Version but all violent scenes are unharmed.

Generally can be said that the quality of the US DVD is pretty bad: the quality of the images are awful, the sound is kind of noisy all the time and the film is presented in the false aspect ratio as well.
