Thalaivaa Only Censored in Great Britain Indian action films have to endure censorships in the UK on a regular basis, even more than animation films for the kids. The audience isn't big from the start even though it allows for small successes and so, distributors don't want to make the challenge even harder by releasing a films with a BBFC 15 rating. The movie Thalaivaa could have gotten this classification and would have been completely uncensored. However, the distributor opted for a 12A rating and that demanded cuts.
Obviously, Thalaivaa is a little slasher movie. The trailer rocks. Let's hope the home video release will have the uncut version on board later on.
