Compared are the TV Version and the Extended Version.
9 differences, among them 5 with alternative footage
Length difference: 52.3 sec
The Blu-ray release only contains the TV versions of the episodes, as was the case with the first season. Those who know the DVD releases from the USA or Great Britain will surely miss the extended versions, which can be found on these DVDs.
Episode 2x21 (The One with the Bullies) contains almost a minute of new footage. Ross and Chandler are having more "fun" with the bullies, who intent to take their seat as if they were at school, at the café. Later on at the apartment, there's an additional scene build up on that. The further differences aren't actually worth being mentioned. Among them a littler (rather harmless) crap joke.
After Phoebe's woozy hamburger association about her last name, the TV Version shows Joey agree afterards.
The Extended Version shows the very same reaction from another angle, followed by more dialog - Chandler is mocking Phoebe.
Chandler: "And E-I-E-I-O is what your mom said when your dad left her."
Extended Version 10 sec longer
Longer black screen due to a commercial break after the opening credits.
+ 0.7 sec
The scene at the apartment before Monica arrives starts earlier.
Joey: "I'm telling you, Rach. I have gone Dad hunting with Phoebe before. This is a very scary thing for her. She gets real vulnerable and..that's why we're there to...be supportive and crap."
Rachel: "Ok. Well, you just let me know when to do which."
Different exterior shot before Phoebe is passing by in the cab.
More dialog with the bullies in the Extended Version.
The smaller one says to Chandler: "You know what I don't like about you? You always got something to say."
Chandler: "Well, that..."
Resulting from a nasty looks, he rather keeps quiet.
The following shot of the other bully asking why they were still sitting on the couch from another angle.
Extended Version 11 sec longer
Alternate take of the cab.
Longer black screen in the TV Version due to a commercial break. As compensation, the following exterior shot is longer in the Extended Version.
Extended Version 1 sec longer
The TV Version contains a shot of Ross passing by Chandler.
The Extended Version contains the shot from another angle, followed by some dialog.
Ross: "All right, are you with me or not?! C'mon!"
Chandler: "Ehhhhh, all right, I'm with you. Just a...let me put on a clean pair of underwear for the hospital."
He goes in the direction of the room. In front of the room, Ross shakes his head.
Extended Version 9.9 sec longer
Additional shot of the YMCA dance at the end of the episode.
