Compared are the UK Blu-ray by 88 Films and the US DVD by Troma.

In the third installment of the Toxic Avenger series, Toxie makes a pact with the devil in order to make an eye surgery possible for girlfriend Claire. Completely clueless at first, he becomes flagship of Apocalypse Inc., an ecologically damaging major corporation. And it gets worse because Toxie turns into a yuppie who comes down in the opinion of the Tromaville residents. Will Claire be able to get Toxie back on track?

"The Toxic Avenger Part III: The Last Temptation of Toxie" contains terrific Troma nonsense again. Starting with fecal gags, over the top gore and absurd plot twists.
The UK Blu-ray by 88 Films contains an alternate cut. The beginning of the video store scene lacks some gore plus Toxie's job at the video store and his job as a mechanic have been removed as well. On the other hand, there is a new scene with Toxie and Claire. The latter is incredibly happy that she can see now. Moreover, there is a new - alternate - scene showing a guy in an outhouse.
According to 88 Films, the master came directly from the US and no further alterations have been made. It is possible that this is the uncut R-Rated version of the movie.
