Alex hugs Marcus, then the scene at the station in the International Version.
In the UK Version, the scene goes on.
Alex: "Do you want me to give you a lift home?"
Marcus: "Maybe not straight home."
In the next scene, Alex and Marcus drive up to some house.
Alex: "Which one is your parents'?"
Marcus: "Blue door."
Alex: "Go in. Tell them."
Marcus: "I've left it too long."
Alex: "Yeah, but it's not too late. We wouldn't be here if you didn't want to. Give them a chance to understand who you really are. If they don't take that chance, then that's their loss. But if you don't give it to them, then it's yours."
In the middle of the conversation, someone gets out of the house in the background (hard to spot because the background is blurry). This was Marcus' dad who suddenly shows up next to the car. He seems to recognize Marcus. When Marcus picks up on that, he panics.
Marcus: "Oh, no. Go, go, go, go, go."
Alex: "Why don’t you just…"
Marcus: "No, no, it's my dad. Just go, go."
Alex: "Alright, alright."
Then they drive off and Marcus' dad watches the car leave. With the following shot at the station, the versions are back in sync.

After Gene's "You know, um… I had you down as a bit of a soft touch, Drake. You can be quite a tough old bird when you wanna be. Gives me the right horn.", the International Version continues with Alex and Marcus in front of the house of Marcus' parents.
In the UK Version, the scene is not over yet. Gene walks off, Alex turns around and approaches Marcus who thanks the medic before he (the medic) leaves.
Alex: "Are you alright? I'm sorry."
Marcus: "I'm not."
Then the scene in front of the house of Marcus' parents.
