Actually, the plot of The Testament of Sister New Devil is explained quickly - All of a sudden, Basara gets two new "sisters". One of them is the designated Demon Queen, the other one a perverted succubus. In between, there is a lot of nudity, sleazy gags, more nudity and also a little frame story (evil demons and heroes are after Mio).
As usual on Japanese TV, too explicit scenes (for Ecchi titles, that is naked breasts among other things) are being altered in some way (e.g. bars, clouds etc.) resp. censored. Those alterations always get reversed for a release on DVD and Blu-ray. This is also the case with The Testament of Sister New Devil. The DVD and Blu-ray contain the uncensored Extended Version which is even longer than the here compared TV Versions.
Compared are the censored Japanese TV Version (Crunchyroll) and the uncensored German TV Version (ProSieben MAXX).

3:14 – 3:19 (3:09– 3:13) During this scene, Mio apparently does not want to be seen on Japanese television. No difference in time.
3:19 – 3:21 (3:13– 3:15) Nope! She does not want you to see this. No difference in time.
3:22 – 3:23 (3:16– 3:17) Again – Mio is kind of prudish in the Japanese TV version. No difference in time.
3:25 – 3:28 (3:19– 3:21) At this point, Mio does not need to censor the image; instead, there is a shiny glare covering up the behind. No difference in time.
5:24 – 5:30 (5:13– 5:19) In the Japanese TV version, Yuki shines so bright that you can no longer make out the shape of the behind. No difference in time.
5:30 – 5:34 (5:19– 5:22) Auch von vorne sorgt Dampf und eine grelle Zensur für verdeckte (Ein-) Blicke. Zum Ausklang blieb dann noch etwas Dampf zurück, dieser hatte aber dort keine zensierende Wirkung mehr. No difference in time.
5:35 – 5:38 (5:23– 5:26) While she soaps herself, the censored version does not show you the behind. During the following scene (not illustrated) there is some more steam. No difference in time.
5:38 – 5:40 (5:26– 5:28) Yuki's breasts are no longer visible. No difference in time.
5:42 – 5:48 (5:30– 5:35) In the Japanese TV version there is some more bright steam while she showers off. No difference in time.

18:21 – 18:23 (17:35– 17:37) Maria shoots a Let's Play video. Actually, he is in frame during this scene. No difference in time.
