Alex: "Ray, why don't you take this one?"
Ray: "I get it. You think I'm a twat for messing up with the wife."
Alex: "No. I don't, actually. Alright, let's just say it's that."
With Alex's "OK. You take the lead, Ray. Tell me what you see.", the versions are back in sync.

After Alex and Ray checked out the car and found the plane tickets, the International Version shows Donna Mitchell's interrogation.
The UK Version contains another scee with Gene and Alex first.
Gene: "Well, Bolly. People don't hide things from me. They just forget to mention it till my boot meets their arse. Get her in here."
Alex leaves Gene's office but she does not get very far because as soon as she has stepped out, Viv is standing with a bouquet of old roses in front of her.
Viv: "Um, delivery man dropped these off, ma'am."
Alex takes the roses and looks at them.
Then Shaz shows up and asks: "An admirer?"
Alex: "Oh, hardly. I think it might be somebody reminding me I've missed my chance."
Shaz: "Lot of that going around today."
Shaz leaves, Alex stays there for another moment. With the following shot of Donna Mitchelln, the versions are back in sync.

Gene leans back and crosses his arms. Then Alex at her desk.

Gene: "Mmm."
