Comparison between the theatrical version (PG-13) and the uncensored director's cut, both by Universal.
The uncensored director's cut does only to a limited extent live up to its name. The language has some more sexual content and the are only minimal scene extensions. Furthermore, the film is only 40 seconds longer in the unrated version. The remaining 1:20 minutes are outtakes which are found in between the end of the film and the credits.
Concerning the additional scenes of the unrated version, it is striking that their picture quality is noticeably worse than it is with the rest of the film.
The name of 'Papa' Klump is different in the subtitles of both version. In the PG-13, the name "Clesius" is used, while he is called "Cletus" in the subtitles of the unrated version. It is difficult to make out, but the name probably is pronounced "Cletus" in both versions.

1 scene containing alternative audio footage, no difference in time
1 scene which is longer in the PG-13 version

There are a few framecuts in the unrated version, which add up to about 2 sec.. Accordingly, the amount of the cuts does not correspond with the run time difference exactly.
