After McClean's "They said they didn't want their daddybeing lonely forever.", he immediately asks in the International Version if Shaz wanted something to drink.
In the UK Version, we now see Alex and the others in the van. They can hear McClean finish talkig on the radion.
McClean: "So, here I am."
Alex: "What a scumbag!"
They keeo listening to Shaz und McClean.
McClean: "And what about you, Sharon? You're obviously a very attractive woman. (now on-screen) I'm a bit surprised you're using a dating agency."
Shaz: "I've been out with guys my own age, bit I found them a bit inadequate, to be honest."
Now Alex and the others in the van again, the conversation continues off-screen.
McClean: "Where are my manners? Can I buy you a drink?"
With McClean's "Can I buy you a drink?", the versions are back in sync.

Please note: In the International Version, McClean asks "So, can I buy you a drink?". This is a combination of his two comments "So, here I am." and "Where are my manners? Can I buy you a drink?". Due to the cut in the International Version, one single comment was made out of those two. If one does not know, it does not sound stand out.
