Two different versions of this movie were released in the UK. The DVD by Vipco is missing 7 seconds, the VHS by the same distributor even lacks 25 seconds. An uncut version was only released on VHS there, easily recognizable by the "Strong Uncut Version" label. However, an imported uncut version from Germany including English audio is available as well.

The killer is pushing a large hook between the woman's legs, which comes out of her lower intestines shortly afterwards. The woman screams in pain. The UK version starts again when the killer takes the axe from the wall and starts hitting the woman with it from the off.
