Runtime designations of the cut scenes relate to the Producer's Cut. If there is (WP) written behind the numbers, the indication relates to the Workprint.

The rest of the runtime difference comes from the rounding of the single scenes' runtime to whole resp. half seconds. Short scene extensions / -shortenings of less than 1 second will not be considered due to missing relevance.

The Workprint (also called "Rough Cut") is the unfinished version of the Producer's Cut and partly contains different scenes. Often, scenes that hadn't been shot yet are missing, and a simple description of the scene is shown. Often, sound effects are missing as well as the final mixing (including telephone calls, radio shows and the deep voice of the black man sounds "normal" without any effects or noise). The Producer's Cut has its own music, which also differs from the theatrical version. The workprint on the other hand often uses the music from the first installment of the series from 1978. The workprint also has a different color filter, making the entire movie yellowish while the Producer's Cut rather uses white-blueish colors. Here a few images for comparison:
