The movie:

Wayne, J.D. and Darren are friends since childhood, play in their own band and are fans of Neil Diamond. All this changes when Darren meets Judith who quickly turns out to be a vicious Succubus that Darren is completely unable to stand up against. For J.D. and Wayne the case is clear: Darren has to be saved from Judith by all means necessary.

The studio really went out of its way for the PG-13 version. Curse words have been removed as well as replaced, alternative footage has been used and scenes have been cut (most notable the scene with Darren and Sandy at he laundromat).
