International Version

Here Mr. Collins (Peter Graves as another western guest starter) appears instead. He arrives in Hong Kong by boat and is picked up by a rickshaw man. Graves also gets an envelope with a tape recorder and documents from the driver. Graves listens to the message and sees the photos of the James Bond cut etc, this is to be eliminated.

Suddenly something smokes on the wheels of the rickshaw and the driver leaves his vehicle. Graves involuntarily drives down a few stairs and just jumps off before the rickshaw explodes.
Back in a room he then calls the head office in London and mentions the somewhat risky handover. His counterpart explains that he doesn't want to leave any evidence and that Graves had at least 5 seconds before the explosion occurred.

20:20 / 22:51-24:59

A first scene with Kodijak and Hatung in hospital (a direct continuation of the previously distant scene).

He comes in with a present and gets himself right back in trouble: She throws the chocolate towards him again, because she supposedly doesn't like it at all. Kodijak explains that he brought it for himself and Hatung complains that she never gets anything from him. Then Kodijak unpacks a 2nd gift: A necklace, which really impressed Hatung.
Just when they seem to have reconciled again, Sam bursts in. Of course Hatung gets angry and Sam finally convinces Kodijak to come to a double date in the evening.

Alternate / Additional Footage International Version
30:22-30:35 / 35:27-35:56

After Sam has stayed alone in the restaurant, the Original Version starts a bit earlier with Kodijak in a command center. The inspector says that the device is ready and he can ask anything. There is still a bit of a nonsensical discussion.

The International Version instead has an additional outdoor shot to start with and then a view of the giant computer screen inside. Someone tells the inspector that they are ready.

Original Version 15.3 sec longer

31:51 / 37:16-37:19

The computer hasn't "got it straight" in response to Kodijak's question in Danish language - the scene is longer and here, more people are spat out as a result. But only four in total.

3.6 sec

32:12 / 37:41-38:29

The scene is longer, someone comes from behind and wants to help with the handling of the computer. The point again is that the man spat out by the computer is merely the inventor of the system. The question about his current whereabouts is answered with angel wings. The newly arrived inspector also confirms the death, since it was his ex-father-in-law. Kodijak and he still argue a little and the people then leave the room.

45.3 sec

33:58 / 40:19-41:09

The love montage continues a bit and under the pink picture Sam and Agent 701 appear again and some dreamy scenes follow. They fly with a glider past the Statue of Liberty, which also has a heart on it.

47.7 sec

34:59 / 42:13-42:17

Kodijak hurries over to Hatung and kisses her on the forehead.

4.2 sec

37:17 / 44:41-48:10

Kodijak is still being dragged in by Sam's statements in the lie detector test for some time, Hatung is also involved now and finally Kodijak himself has to get into the device. Kodijak's colleague also comes in and wants to support him - but then only attaches a boxing glove to the device. When Kodijak gives the girl the wrong answers again, he is beaten on the bald head several times. Sam then offers his help, but again asks for other girls. Hatung leaves the room crying and the two girls slapping Kodijak's.
