After Gene got suspended because of hi behavior, he and Aex argue in front of the station. In the International Version, she kicks Gene's Quattro and goes back inside.
In the UK Version, the scene continues after she kicked the Quattro. Gene drives away. Filled with rage, she kicks Gene stuff, which she had tossed on the ground a few seconds earlier, around. Now we see Chris at the station. He mimics Rigsby: "Then he goes 'Miss Jones, Miss Jones!'" The others are laughing. Not until then, Alex comes in.

Please note: when Alex comes through the door, the others stop laughing instantaneously. However, the reason why they are laughing is unknown in the International Version because the matching scene is missing.

The conversation right after the previous cut is also longer in the UK Version. After Ray's "Well done, Quincy", the conversation keeps going.
Alex: "Quincy is a pathologist."

Ray: "Yeah, just like Quincy."
With the now following shot of Shaz, who just ignores Alex and puts a file in front of her without saying a single word, the versions are back in sync.
