Comparison between the TV broadcast on German TV station Nitro on 16.04.2019 (15:50 / international HD master) and the German DVD (featuring the original version) by Kinowelt (FSK 12)
In the comparison of the pilot episode, we have already summarized everything about the problems with the HD remastering of Baywatch, which is different in songs and also censored in nude scenes, at least right at the beginning. In episode 1x07 (The Sky Is Falling), we find again mainly various scenes, where raw material of a scene was obviously reassembled. Besides beach shots, this is especially noticeable here during conversations between Mitch and Gayle. There you can find some more interesting, alternative sequences. But most of all, there is a longer scene with dialogue missing in the second half, which is a little bit annoying. Two last remarks:
As usual, the opening credits deviate and the credits afterwards were also revised. Not included in cut duration/quantity.

Alternative 07:09-07:12 / 06:58-07:01 Similar perspective, but a different beach shot. No time difference
Alternative 09:09-09:36 / 09:03-09:32 After the feet commentary, the original version switches to Hobie, who angrily says "What, in Ohio? There's no ocean, there's no waves." At least that's what you hear in the German HD version, but there Mitch is shown longer and then Gayle earlier. The rest of the scene is also mounted differently and the final dialogue between the two parents can only be seen onscreen in the old version. The first beach shot afterwards is also an alternative version. No time difference
Alternative 12:34-13:45 / 12:37-13:51 The next conversation between Mitch and Gayle was also reassembled in the middle of it all, until the two finally fall into each other's arms on the kitchen floor. No time difference
Alternative 16:44-16:49 / 16:56-16:59 In the HD version, Gayle walks away inside in an additional shot. The first shot on the beach is also different. HD-version 2,3 sec longer
Alternative 19:56-20:50 / 20:14-21:10 During the montage with Captain Thorpe, some beach shots deviate from here (besides the song). Most of the sequence is identical, though. No time difference
Alternative 22:21-24:14 / 22:45-24:42 When Mitch and Gayle discuss whether or not to go back to Ohio and then talk about last night, some of the shots change again. First, the original version changes additionally to Mitch (and also shows him several times in close-ups at the end). Later, the HD version shows Hobie who is still watching at the window several times and when he comes outside, the original version has more of him on the bike. Finally, only there Mitch and Gayle take a breather. Also the follow-up shots of the beach and the suitcase in the water differ. So all in all it's a complete mess. HD version 0,9 sec longer
Alternative 29:35-30:03 / 30:16-30:45 After Hobie enters the room, we see him longer in the original version, while the HD master switches to Mitch from the front earlier. Also in the further course of the conversation (up to about the middle of the scene), e.g. Hobie can be seen earlier in the original version respectively it's a generally new montage of the raw material. No time difference
Alternative 31:13-31:25 / 31:58-32:36 The HD version stays here longer with the girl who builds a sandcastle with a bank note. Then you see in a long shot of how several people run to the water to collect more money.
In the original version you instead see a man with mullet spying on the money from the beach. He runs forward and cheers over the find. At the waterfront, the pair of crooks in wetsuits come out and they come to the conclusion that the money is lost forever - while around them more and more people find bills. Mullet: "Look at that!" Harv: "Is a hopeless case. There's only one thing left to do, run away." Sylvia: "I think you're right." Harv: "Yeah, yeah. We may have lost a million dollars, but we still have each other." Sylvia: "And that's worth more than some stupid suitcase full of green paper." Harv: "Yeah, come on, let's go."
