Th fight is heating, the punches and kicks are getting harder and harder. After Piccolo's Ki ray, they stop for a moment when Piccolo realizes all of a sudden that Cell has tracked down the battle field. Son-Goku and the others do not seem pleased either while the cyborgs have no clue at all who Cell is.
In the French Version, his arrival is completely missing. As a result, this episode ends with the battle between C-17 and Piccolo and at the beginning of the following episode, Cell is just there like he came out of nowhere.
