In the Theatrical Version, Frank is seen earlier walking down the street.

In the TV version, Frank's inner monologue begins earlier. He is seen riding a car scooter while trying to clear his head. Then in an aerobic class, after which he runs through the ladies shower, lost in thought. The women in the background start to scream. In the following scenes as Frank walks down the street, the monologue differs.

Frank: "The attempt on Nordbergs life left me shaken and disturbed. I tried to relax the best way I do how. Questions kept buzzing around my head. Like a bee in a hamburger (?) full of honey. What had Nordberg doing at the docks? What was he trying to tell me? And would I ever be able to talk to my good friend again. The incident at the hospital set Nordberg into a coma. The doctors will do everything they could, but his chances weren't good. And all the questions kept coming up. Over and over again. Like bubbles in the case of club soda. Did Ludwig lie to me? I didn't have any proof but somehow I didn't quite trust him, either. Why was the I Luv You not listed in Ludwig's records. And if it was, did he know about it? And if he didn't, who did? Or did anyone know? Somebody must have known, besids myself because I know, I didn't do it. Of course I can't prove that, which could make this thougher than I thought. Who was this character in the hospital. Why was he trying to kill Nordberg and for whom? And where the hell was I?"

For comparison, the full monologue from the Theatrical Version.

In the Theatrical Version, after Frank opens the door to Ludwig's office with the American Express credit card, he walks into the room and looks around. He searches Ludwig's desk and finds a bingo card. Accurately, he puts Ludwig's chair back in the right position.

In the TV version, the scene is much longer with alternate footage. Frank walks into the room and looks around, the camera pans through Ludwig's office showing a fox skin on the floor. Frank searches through a dresser and then goes to Ludwig's desk. There he discovers a bingo card. Accurately, he puts Ludwig's chair back in the right position. In doing so, he keeps walking with the fox fur snagged on his pants. Frank continues walking until he notices the fur and wildly wriggles trying to get the fur off his pants.

In the Theatrical Version, the Mayor addresses Frank about the crimes he committed. The latter justifies himself by saying that he has found proof that Ludwig wants to kill the Queen.

Mayoress: "Entering without a search warrant, destroying property, arson, sexual assault with a concrete dildo. What the hell were you doing there in the first place?"
Frank: "Yes, yes, I know. I'm sorry about that your Honor, be we have reason to belive that Vincent Ludwig is involved in a plot to assassinate the Queen."

The TV version shows alternative shot instead. The reference to sexual harassment with the stone penis has also been removed.

Ludwig: "Did I ask what you're trying to do?"
